Most people like to talk to two or three different companies to see how they stack up with each other. The fact is, if you’re talking to full-service companies with the same level of care, commitment, and concern for clients as we provide at Premier Heating and Cooling, we simply don’t believe that anyone else can do it for less than we do. When homeowners go out and shop around, they usually find out that this is the case. You can always find something for less, but when you start to dig, you inevitably find that the quality of the equipment, efficiency, installation standards, or the skills and background of their technicians is less than what the Premier Heating and Cooling offer.
How Often Do Competitors Stack Up?
Not very often, when we actually examine the total package including the warranties, guarantees, quality of equipment, efficiency, and all the steps that go into a Premier installation. Once we look at what we do, why we do it, and why it’s different, in many cases we’re providing much more value for the same amount of money.
Terms and Conditions
If, prior to or within thirty (30) days after the installation date, the customer presents a written quote from another licensed HVAC contractor (“Competitor”) for equipment and services that are materially identical to the Company’s offering — including, without limitation, identical make and model of equipment, installation scope, warranty terms, and service commitments — and the Competitor’s quoted price is lower, the Company will match the Competitor’s price. This guarantee will not apply to:
1. verbal quotes, incomplete estimates, or promotional materials lacking full
specifications.
2. quotes for dissimilar equipment, reduced service scope, or lesser warranty
coverage (an “apples-to-oranges” comparison);
3. quotes reflecting temporary, private, or non-public discounts (including
“friends and family” rates or contractor-only specials
The Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity and equivalency of any competing quote. The determination of whether a quote constitutes an “apples–to– apples” comparison shall rest solely with the Company. These guarantees apply exclusively to residential installations completed by the Company and are not transferable to commercial properties or subsequent homeowners unless otherwise stated in writing.
Force Majeure.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any delays, failures, or inability to fulfill its obligations under these guarantees arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
Limitation of Liability.
Except as expressly provided herein, the Company disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, inconvenience, or property damage beyond the replacement or service remedies described herein.
